Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations and Refunds
Journey Iceland understands that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers. However, due to the preparation and resources required for our private tours and transfers, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

100% Refund
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour or transfer date are eligible for a full refund of the paid amount.

50% Refund
- Cancellations made between 4 to 6 days before the scheduled tour or transfer date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund
- Cancellations made 2 days or less before the scheduled tour or transfer date are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact Journey Iceland directly through the email or phone number provided in your booking confirmation. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval, subject to bank processing times.
3. No-Show Policy
Customers who do not arrive at the designated pickup location at the agreed time without prior notification will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are non-refundable and will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Exceptions
In the rare case of force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road closures, or natural disasters that prevent the safe execution of a tour or transfer, Journey Iceland may offer alternative dates or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
